Mr. Noel Ong Tiong Puay

Mr. Noel Ong served as Managing Director at Siburan Resources Limited from May 18, 2009 to January 13, 2017. He has over 18 years' experience in the resource industry with the last 12 years in his own geological consultancy
Since 1992, he has worked predominantly in the goldfields of Western Australia, Pilbara iron ore fields, and the Northern Territory. Having worked with Ashton Mining, Great Central Mines and held management roles with API Management, Mr. Ong is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
Being a geologist himself, Mr. Ong also holds a degree in Geology from the university of Western Australia.
Mr. Chelva Rajah

National Institute of Education.
Mr Chelva Rajah has been seconded from the Ministry of Education (MOE) to National Institute of Education since 2010 as a History educator and teaches pre-service, in-service and postgraduate courses in History.
He has 23 years of classroom teaching experience and his main teaching subjects are History and Social Studies in schools. He was also previously seconded to the History Unit, Curriculum Planning & Development Department, Ministry of Education from 2001 to 2003.
